Threads of Iranian saffron dissolved in slow-churned whole milk. Golden hue, floral finish.

The original. Full-fat milk reduced to silk, sweetened with cane sugar, nothing else.

Alphonso Mango
Alphonso pulp folded into the base at peak season. Tastes like a mango you ate barefoot.

Pistachio & Rose
Blanched pistachios ground coarse, stirred through with a whisper of Rooh Afza.

We opened on Oak Tree Road in 2009 because Sunita Auntie's kesar recipe deserved more than a Tupperware container at the Diwali potluck. Seventeen years later, the molds are the same, the milk is the same, and we still close at 11.
The storefront has a chalkboard menu and a single hanging lantern. We added the lantern in 2011 because a customer said it looked like the sweetshop near her childhood home in Pune. It's still there.
